Purchasing Items

When purchasing an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we send it to our manufacturers in London who require a one-two week production time.

We check all products before they are dispatched. Please check that the postal box is not damaged before signing for the delivery.

Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter you agree to receive promotional emails. If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please notify us at any time or click the unscribe button in the email.

All our product designs are copyrighted by Neeta Pedersen. None of these designs can be copied or reproduced.

All website content - images, graphics, logos and photos - and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Neeta Pedersen. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works thereof.

For custom-made bags with designs that are made especially for a customer we hold the copyright but will not use the design for any other products. We have the right to add the design and product design to our website, social media platforms and for other promotional and marketing purposes.
